My Skilled worker visa is valid from 10th Nov 2021 till 8th Dec 2026. I will be applying for my ILR in Oct 2026, however, earlier my spouse and child have applied for dependent skilled worker visa (based on my COS) separately after me in Dec 2021 and got a validity of e-visa from 27th Jan 2022 till 8th Dec 2026. Now my dilemma is that when should I apply for there ILR OR I need to apply for an extension ? Also, if an extension then how much it will cost me ? Please help me in this case.
