Puede mag edit ng mga campus and program choices rn sa admissions portal. Everytime I ask for advice from my friends sinasabi nila na ang tapang ko daw kasi pinili ko UPD and UPM. Tama ba 'yon?! Mali ba!? I'm questioning myself na rin kasi malakasang crash course lng ginawa ko a few weeks before UPCAT. I did great in all of the subtests apart from math and sakto sakto lng sa science. Wala akong na leave blank pero halos 1/4 ng math hinulaan ko, tiwala lng kay Lord! Little background lng, I chose socsci and humanities programs in both campuses and grades ko from g8-11 respectively ay 88,95,97,97. Keri ba? Kaya pa ba mag UP Diliman sa lagay ko na i2 since prio ko tlga sya. Ano call to action ko here huhu is this a sign mag elbi???

nakakahiya pero gusto ko ilabas kasi why not😭😭. I was gonna take the upcat noong sunday ng 12:30. Maulan-ulan non. Nabasa pa ako papunta sa covered court. Btw i took the upcat sa UP Clark/DEPP. Pinapapila na kami based sa room numbers namin. Mind you medyo baha na sa covered court. Yung sapatos ko tuloy basang-basa na 😭😭. Habang papunta sa room, muntik na ako madulas talaga kasi basa yung pavement and may mga dahon-dahon pa. Then, nung nasa entrance na kami ng building muntik na naman ako madulas… buti na lang kaklase ko yung kalikod ko. Fast forward. During the exam, sobrang intense ng atmosphere. Hindi ko namalayan parang ang diin na pala ng sandal ng elbow ko sa arm chair. Nagsasagot ako tapos biglang bumaliktad yung malapad na part ng armchair ko huhu. Mga three times sguro nangyari yon. NAKAKAHIYA PLSSS. Napakalakas ng tunog.

pero, comfy yung chairs nila in fairness kahit plastic. kaso wag lang talaga isandal nang todo yung elbow baka lumipad lahat ng papel niyo guys

p.s habang papunta kami sa testing center ko nakalimutan ko pa palang isign yung nasa babang part ng test permit ko. kaya bumili muna kami ng ballpen sa kstore. ayun lang po. anong kwentong upcat mo HAHAHHA

Hello! Im planning to start studying now, I bought the Collegio Advance reviewer to help me. I’ll finish that book first then proceed with either the UPCAT champion or maroon bluebook book. The course I’ll take is really competitive, related with healthcare, so I really need to focus on receiving for the CETS.

Hi! I want some thoughts on this. Honestly speaking, I am confident with my UPCAT performance. However, I didn’t expect most of the questions to be doable. So, as a perfectionist, I tried to answer all correctly, leaving me fewer time for the latter parts. Because of this, I had maybe like guessed 5 items in Science, 10 in Math, and another 10 in RC — out of 255. I managed to answer all naman and for the rest of the items I’m 95% sure with my answers. I’m really just overthinking about how my performance is standing, again having guessed 25-ish items. For context, my GWAs are 95, 94, 96, and 98 in G8 to G11 respectively. I would highly appreciate your insights

Im worried po kasi baka cinoconsider nila yon, baka iniisip nila nilagay lang yun just to get into UP. May mga posts kasi akong nakita na ganun yung replies, sabi magkakalayo yung programs maka apekto sa decision ng UP

hello, i desperately need advice as an upcat 2027 taker. im really considering switching my campus choices given my performance during the upcat last august 1 + my jhs grades. so… here i am weighing the pros and cons of it all 🥲

UPCAT:
LP & RC: nasagutan ko lahat, and i am quite confident
SCI: i probably left 3-4 answers blank pero halos hula din since di masyado lumabas ung pinagfocusan ko
MATH: sobrang madugo. i think i left almost half of the number of items blank bc naubusan talaga ako ng oras 😞

HS GWA:
8 - 89
9 - 91
10 - 90
11 - 90

UPD as first choice:
- prio program
- more expenses given magdodorm ako (if i do pass)
- mas malayo obviously
- SUPER risky imo bc of my upcat exp…

UPLB as first choice:
- prio campus
- malapit lang ako dito
- will have to let go of my dream 🥲
- not to fixated on any program yet..

current choice ko:

i really want and NEED to pass the upcat. hindi po ganun ka-financially free ang family ko and i will mostly apply to state universities lang. pinaka practical choice talaga for me is to put UPLB first and UPB second given where i live, and ung relief sa paggastos 🥲 i just really need advice. film is really what i want to pursue but i dont want to lose the chance of getting into my dream college as well bc yun na lang halos choice ko ☹️ pls help me. should i make the switch?

Sa previous batch (AY 2025–2026), may nakatanggap pa po ba ng UPOU admission email around a week before enrollment?

Medyo anxious na po kasi ako 😭 May first batch na nakatanggap ng Manual Appeal results noong July 28. Then, UPOU emailed me on August 3 saying na they would resume sending the appeal results on August 5 because some admitted BAMS applicants were still withdrawing their slots.

Until now, wala pa rin po akong natatanggap na result. 🥹 May similar experience po ba from the previous batch na late na nakatanggap pero eventually na-admit din?

hiii po! im currently asking for advice regarding my campus choices kasi medyo naguguluhan na po talaga ako if i should go for the UPD/UPLB combo or UPLB/UPB combo.

Personally po, i really want to study in UPD, pero at the same time, i also want to be an iska talaga and ideally have a more secured chance of getting into UP. 🥹 For my UPCAT, i think it went quite okay naman po, and im pretty confident with some of my answers. However, nag-aalala po talaga ako abt the competition/rankings per campus since marami rin daw pong nadalian sa exam huhuhuhuhu. For context po my grades from Grades 8–11 are 91, 93, 90, and 91 (from city scihigh jhs-shs)

What would you guys recommend po? UPD/UPLB for the dream campus, or UPLB/UPB for a more secured chance?

i tried thinking abt upd/upb rin kaso same dilemma na if i saw na my upg qualify for uplb pala then id miss the chance of studying there huhuhu (upd and uplb lang po nag ooffer ng prio course ko😢)

Hello po! me nd my friends will pass our requirements sa upd kaso I only know one route. Baka may alam pa kayong mas madali and mura na route plzplz

for context, we’re from laguna. yung alam ko lang na way ay kapag bumaba kami ng lrt then sasakay kami ng train nd drop off sa katipunan (but I believe mas mahaba ung byahe and mas mahal yung fare kapag ito)

pwede kaming bumaba ng lrt or cubao pero hindi ko na alam kapag sa cubao. help us out plzz. thankuu!
