Incredibile.. dal 08 maggio il tracking non si aggiorna !! sto scrivendo all'assistenza e mi dicono di pazientare !! ma è normale ? qualcuno ha già avuto esperienze simili ?

First time ordering off of usfans, I’m living in Spain and I needed my package quickly because I’m leaving soon, I paid a lot for “Spanish DHL-Sensitive” shipping because it promised 7-10 day delivery, and had like a 97% delivery rate. But since I got the update that my parcel arrived at the airport and is “arranging flights”, I’ve got no updates or changes in the app. I know it might be too soon to be worrying, but it’s been 6 days without update and I’m starting to get worried. Have I been scammed? Is my package never coming? What should I do? Please help.

J’ai déjà commander sur d’autres agent et je n’ai jamais eu autant de problème alors que Usfans j’ai l’impression que mon colis n’avance pas

So i decided leave acbuy to try and use US fans because acbuy was tweaking and was getting pretty bad and ohh god i regret it with my soul , USFans don’t care about they customers, lying , scamming ash , charge alot for shipping i paid for my parcel to ship to Sweden with dpd (9-12 days was claimed will be the time ) and i paid 135-140 for shipping for 9kg i paid a total off 175 with insurance which is crazy that insurance is not free and till this day my tracking number is not working at all like at all and my last update was they app 10 fucken days ago they customer service is ass like if you planning on using them just don’t bro I will stop using them after I ship out everything I have in my warehouse , other companies might cost me but they won’t give you this bad off an experience like this company is bad or maybe it just what these companies are heading too promising lies and all in the power off getting more customers that they won’t care about

Hey guys, just wanted to share a warning about USFans and how they handle shipping. I paid over $85 (345 PLN) for 'Poland DHL Express Line' because I needed my 5.6kg haul fast, and they promised 7-10 days delivery. Well, it's been a full month now and I still don't have my package.
Looking at the tracking, it's obvious they scammed me. They charged for Express but used some cheap triangle shipping method instead. DHL in Germany got the electronic notification way back on April 15th, but they still haven't even received the physical package from the agent as of May 13th. The parcel has just been sitting in 'hidden transit' and customs for weeks, which isn't how actual DHL Express works at all.
I basically paid 80% of the haul's value just for shipping to get it quickly, and I ended up waiting longer than I would with the cheapest budget line. Be careful with USFans, they take your money for premium service and then ship it the cheapest way possible
