This game is great but the AI ruins it

AI city halfway across the map has like 8 cities and has to start building them right next to mine.

Also AI is so aggressive making a culture victory or any type of diplomacy very difficult.

Currently narrows the playstyle a lot which is no fun.

Map visible from the start. How do I turn on the fog of war?

Hi, please help me find a solution.

I installed the app on a Samsung Galaxy M15 (first time installed on this phone). Every time I generate a new game I see the full map from the start. How can I turn on the fog of war? I love to explore the map, so now most of the fun is gone...

What is the best use for a Great Prophets? (Given that I already founded a religion)

I get that it depends, but I never really know if it's better to enhance my religion, to create a Holy site, or to spread my religion. Could anyone instruct me a little on when to do each thing and what's more important? Thank you!

For a unit To Cross a River it should be not allowed until the road or bridge is built upon the river

I think river crossing should be impossible for units until you build roads or bridges on them

Instead of costing movement points

The Start Of An Empire - Egypt

Just trying to formulate a story using my current playthrough,10 turns for now, skipped uneventful turns.

Mods used are

Base ruleset:Rekmod

Extension mods:Events and Decisions

Difficulty:King

Turn 0-Our great empire has started,finally...well,it's still one city, but still,I just know it will be.We spawned near a river with some salt and perfume to the south, with one more near to the east, used my settler to explore north along the river, now named منطقة نورث ريفر الكبرى(Greater North River) based on the fact that it pierces through very hilly desserts and the place we will settle upon.

The settler found some more salt to the North, which solidified our decision to settle there,we started constructing a monument to this great achievement, modeled after my gorgeous self of course, and queued for a worker next and another warrior to protect him while the other explores or vice-versa.We started researching pottery.

Turn 1-The warrior found some ancient ruins that had a map of the area with a barbarian camp southwest, the brave warrior journeyed to the distant camp to ki- ah,I mean,exto- ah,I mean,AGGRESSIVELY COLLECT TAXES,from the barbarian camp.

Turn 4-The barbarians have noticed us and attacked us,we received more damage than them,we retaliated.

Turn 5-We beat the barbarian warrior with low health remaining,we recovered 16 gold from the outpost, the warrior is returning to the city to heal.

Turn 7-We have finished researching pottery and have started researching mining.

Turn 9-THE **SUN FUCKING DISSAPPEARED...HOW!?! Ahem,**ther must be a reasonable explanation for this.

Turn 10-We have started a TRADITION of sculpting and creating wonders,WE SHALL HAVE ALL WONDERS UPON OUR CIVILIZATION...ALL THAT DEFY THIS SHALL PERISH.

If you have suggestions on the gameplay,or criticism of my storytelling, feel free to tell me anything.

What a generous offer

Playing as Rome, King difficulty, Epic speed. Declared war on the Huns to capture a lone settler near my lands. They "retaliated" with 2 puny warriors and a scout, no match for my only archer and frontier city. Then, Attila, the Scourge of Rome himself, decided to give me his whole treasury for peace (wich included El Dorado gold that he got from me 1 turn before i discovered it myself).

Surely my gigantic army (1 scout, 1 warrior and 1 archer) would bring destruction upon his land and people, so he rightly gave me centuries of untold riches to avoid this.

Thank you Attila!

Wont let me accept the warning and let me play Alpha Frontier, am I doing something wrong?

Read around that I just need to ignore the warning and play, but the bugger selects a different ruleset when the warning pops up and I cant play the bloody mod. I half remember from years ago being able to accept these and just move on to the mod but it aint doing that now.

Is there something I can do or nah? Main reason I redownloaded Unciv was to play Alpha Frontier (and DeCiv). All other mods are working fine.
