Have a plex setup. Walmart bought vizio. Today I have to convert my vizio account. Now plex won't work. Do not buy vizio, get the dumbest TV and a slightly smarter Chrome cast device. I bought 4 Vizio's, they will all now be dumb Chromecast devices blocked on my network.
Would LOVE dumb tv recommendations. And "dumb" casting devices.

I got this 3 days ago. Day one worked fine.
Day 2 all the sudden it wouldn’t work for PlayStation only. Had to restart everything and eventually worked.
Now day 3 can’t get any audio for PS5 at all. Works fine for the normal Tv, just not PlayStation. This is on a Hisense Roku TV
Not sure if my firmware is up to date on the bar, when I go to search it on Vizio web site I get a null when I put in my serial number
Does anyone know how to disable automatic content recognition. I have a Vizio but it doesnt’t show me an option for Hoghlight viewing data. I see System>Reset & admin> then it shows reset to factory settings, soft power cycle, power indicator (off), usb power (always on), system PIN code, Visio privacy policy and store demo (disabled).
I am thinking about purchasing a Vizio TV and I noticed that there is a 5-year warranty offer for members and the description says manufacturers warranty. I wanted to check whether I had to maintain this same membership continuously for 5-years to keep qualifying or could I just end the membership and still qualify from purchase? or possibly end it and renew later under the same account info when a TV fault happens and pay the membership fee then and automatically quality for coverage?
I do not see anything about this being Allstate. I only see it listed as manufacturers warranty 5 years (compared to the normal 1 year) as maybe a special offer?
Yesterday I went out and got a new TV even though my 65" vizio was only 6 months old it was my worst purchase ever. New TV required no account just connected it to the Interenet and in a few seconds all good up and running TV guide worked with OTA and way better selection of apps Shame on Walmart for such a piece of crap TV
Doesnt load says not connected to internet despite being connected (only works when I full reboot AND spam home button to get it unstuck from a gray screen) lags constantly wont load apps when clicking them takes 10 MINUTES to load a app while on it cant type because it takes 3 business days for it to move to the next letter reboots itself randomly when I click volume up or down ONCE it likes to go to 100 or 0 watch free is trash because its never loaded it just shows a second then freezes till I reboot
Been looking at the Vizio mini led and Hisense m7 mini led but can’t decide which is the better choice. If you have experience with either of these specific TVs or the brands themselves can you let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
I've recently bought this 55 inch mini led Vizio tv, and I'm having trouble mirroring my android phone (s22 ultra) on the tv, and Chromecast functionality seems spotty at best. Spotify works fine but chrome doesn't seem to work well.
Anyone know any fixes?

Update: I did get my stand issue fixed but I had to go to Lowe’s and get shorter screws. I would recommend having your own stand and not using the ones they come with if you have options to do so. Sadly I didn’t have that option, So far that is the only issue I have had the TV it’s self has been working fine since I set it up and started using it after getting the stand fixed.
bought the VIZIO 55” Mini LED Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (NEW 2026) VQM55C-10 to replace my old TV that just bit the dust. I have not even been able to use the TV because the stands are horrible and don't support the weight of the TV. I have them screwed in as tight as I possibly can, yet the stands are still too loose. If I stand the TV up, it starts leaning over immediately, and it's leaning over so badly that I am afraid if I take my hand off the tv its going to fall forward. I have had this TV for over three hours

So my original Vizio TV continued to play sound, but the screen was just black, ended up contacting VIZIO and they sent her a replacement, but then that replacement was cracked. So they claim to be sending another replacement, but I had already got another one from Walmart. I got the VIZIO quantum 4K Smart TV, and it was perfectly fine when I turned it on the set up was fine. Everything was running smoothly but then a couple days later this weird picture glitch popped up on my TV and I’ve tried everything to fix it and I can’t. So I was just wondering whether or not this is something that I just need to get a replacement for or if it is a problem on my part.
Does anybody know why it’s doing this ? Can it be fixed or will I just have to get another tv ?

I purchased brand new back in 2020-2021. Over the last few nights, I noticed when I set the sleep timer, it would turn off, but would turn right back on. I tried a system reboot hoping that would fix it but it did the same thing last night, turning off at the timer, and turning right back on so it was at the home screen. I elected to try and unplug it to see if that would fix it, and well...
Now, whenever I plug it in, the Power Indicator Light on the front is automatically on (not fading, not blinking, consistently on as soon as the plug is put in), but that is it. No screen, no backlight issue, it just won't activate even though the light is on. Dead TV, do I maybe need to just be patient, or anyone have any idea here?
I need a new Living room TV, as my samsung LED finally bit the dust.

If anyone can help, I'm trying to take apart my remote (preferably without destroying it). The volume button's gone wonky and I need to adjust it, but I can't seem to locate the mechanism by which the pieces come apart. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Is anyone else experiencing the audio just turning off and only being able to be fixed by turning off and back on the tv? Is there a fix? I thought it was a speaker issue so I used it as an excuse to get a soundbar, I even splurged and got a really nice one but after an hour of watching tv it cut out again and my heart sank. I hope someone has an answer cause I can’t really afford a new tv and speaker in the same month.
The instructions AT&T gave him are just printed results from a google search and say to press buttons on the remote that literally do not exist on the remote he has. I have no idea if this is an older model. All I know is he switched wireless carriers and needs to update the WiFi on his television and I cannot figure out what needs to happen. The remote has like 8 buttons total and none of them do anything near getting to a settings menu.
Hey! I got this problem when I'm watching movies. Whenever quiet music plays in the background of a movie it cuts out. It also does this for background noises, it comes back once something loud happens or if someone starts talking. It only does this whenever I'm using 4k's or blu rays, but not when I'm streaming. I have a vizio v-series 2.0 compact sound bar and a Vizio V-555 JO1 TV. My 4k player is Panasonic DP-UB150. Please help me out here, if you can't help me maybe you could point me towards a sub that could. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Thank you!!!

Been casting from google chrome on my laptop to my 75" Vizio TV for years now. As of the past few months, whenever I cast, no audio is playing from my TV, and sometimes it plays on my computer or my computer also does not produce any audio.
Any ideas? I've googled several things and tried several solutions but no luck.
