Has everything been working fine? Any audio or video issues?

Who’s ready for tonight’s mystery movie? There seems to be a literal war of if this will be Buddy or It Ends with next week being Buddy or Spider King.

I would REALLY like to see Buddy tonight, but I’d be ok with It Ends too as long as Buddy is next week.

Y’all have any thoughts?

If you haven’t, you can probably still find tickets at AMC, Regal, or Century for tonight!

Just fyi for any body else that might have tickets to see The Odyssey in 70mm imax at the Palms today. My bf and I got there for our 7:30am tickets and the guy had to tell us that all showings for today and potentially tomorrow are cancelled. Apparently a piece of the projector snapped and they have to fly a guy in from Canada to fix it. They're issuing refunds. 🥲

We have a FREE, pre-release movie screening tonight (8/12) at AMC Town Square and we would love to hear what you think!

Had a 6:30pm showing today 8/7, and it's still down. They have simply swapped those shows for IMAX Digital shows, same times and seats for existing ticket holders.

They gave us free tickets for any movie and format, and also free concessions. Overall it was the best way they could have made us whole, and they were very polite and helpful.

Just sucks for the people who aren't local and had to plan for this. It's not really anyone's fault that an old projector that's no longer manufactured keeps failing, but it's frustrating to get excited and have to be let down a little.

FWIW, the movie was fantastic, and IMAX Digital was a pretty decent substitute. Not as good, for sure, but decent.

For everyone who saw the mystery movie in various chains, what did yall think?

I love Matt Johnson, so I really dug the humor. My only complaint is some of the story beats were rushed, especially towards the end, but overall thought it was really fun!
