What the role looks like:

- editing long-form YouTube videos in a documentary style

- building visual rhythm, tension, clarity, and mood

- using archive footage, stills, maps, text, subtitles, music, and sound design effectively

- helping shape videos that are made to keep viewers engaged, not just look flashy

- working together long term as the channel grows

Payment:

I’m open to paying per video or through a monthly setup, depending on the fit and workflow. I also use performance bonuses when videos do well.
