Careful when ordering delivery
My delivery order was delivered to the wrong address. Customer support advised me to re-submit the order and told me they submitted a refund request that would take around 7 days to process. A day later I received a copy-and-paste reply telling me they carefully investigated my claim and denied the refund. (Addressed to 'Hello' and dated 2024 so clearly a templated response.) I sent them photo proof that the first delivery was dropped off at the wrong address. They still refuse to honor their refund promise. I called them and again, they told me they would initiate a refund and again, I received the exact same email a day later. Been a customer for almost 20 years. Switched to Smiths and requested a chargeback from my bank. Probably the worst customer support experience I've ever had.
