Lex Luger's Tweener Run in 1996 Was a Thing of Beauty
Culminating in his World Title Match with The Giant on Nitro where it looked like he might become a Triple Champion which would have been pretty awesome especially if him and Sting had a little run where they fueded for the World Title while both being tag team champions.
