Just picked up a 2016 Helium SL. It was pretty much bone stock as I picked it up.

I was able to shave off over a pound swapping bits and pieces off 2 older bikes plus strategic shed parts so we're down to 15.63lbs with pedals/bottle cages.

The biggest weight savings were from a pair of Easton Tempest II wheels that are around 1500g/~400g saving and a Chinese carbon bar that saved approximately 150g. I already had Conti GP5000 and Vittoria latex tubes on the wheelset so there's not much left on that bone. I have a carbon seatpost coming soon that will be cut-down - and there's 15mm or so of steering tube left to cut off once I have finished with my fitting.

I feel like all of the low-hanging fruit may have already been plucked. I'm definitely budget-constrained here - is there anything left that is an obvious win?

KORE Top Gun 38mm

Just arrived today, 1280g on my scales, slightly out of spec for weight. Spins true. Needed grease behind endcaps(literally dry as a bone). 31mm external, 25mm internal
