"Club Level" vs "Club Wembley"

Looking to attend the Championship Play Off final but having to purchase tickets on a resale platform. I'm wondering if Club Level tickets are the same as Club Wembley, and if that means they're supposedly neutral tickets and also have a strict dress code?

The person that was supposed to go with me can't make it and I'm from a country that can't sell these tickets. I've been in two minds about actually going to the UK for this but I've already had to miss a Weeknd show last year after buying a ticket and I don't really want to go back to back on that
