Spend Your Summer by the Pool... Table!

The Milwaukee APA Summer Session is forming NOW — and we’re looking for players ready to build new teams for the summer season.

Whether you're currently playing, have played league before or you’re just tired of saying “I should really join a league someday,” this is your sign.

✔️ New players welcome
✔️ New teams forming now
✔️ All skill levels welcomed (you ARE good enough for our league!)
✔️ Weekly competition, laughs, and new friends waiting to be made

Grab your friends, coworkers, bar crew, or that one person who swears they “used to be really good.” Build a team, meet new people, and make your summer nights a whole lot more fun.

🎱 This summer, trade a night on the couch for a night around the pool table. Join Milwaukee APA and start your team today.

We run league all over Milwaukee County, so there are plenty of options to get you in on the action!

Any questions? Ready to make the leap to join the hobby and community you didn't realize you needed? Hit me up, I'll get you and your friends signed up and playing!

WI FI expanded at West Allis park.

This is great they expanded internet throughout the park. Quite a few poor or unhoused people who have very limited access to internet. While yes they can go to the library or the senior center. Where do they go when those places are closed? If you go to the City of West Allis page on Facebook. There were some rude comments about this. One of them was from a former District 2 alderperson. No wonder that person is no longer a alderperson. It isn't costing much to expand the internet throughout the park. It is important to have internet available to the poor and unhoused. It's a way they can apply for jobs or other services to help get them back on their feet. Everything is mostly done online. Yes, many of those people have free government phones. That comes with limited data each month. It's not our place to judge someone for being poor or unhoused. Many are victims of circumstance, some have mental health issues and don't know how to live, some are veterans, yes there are drug/alcohol addicts. Regardless the reason. They have a right to get online and apply for the help they need. Until you become in that situation. Many don't understand these people. Thanks, Alderman Halverson, for making this happen. I support elected officials at all levels of government who are doing something to help the poor and unhoused. Now we need more inside places on the off hours these people can get online. For during the cold and bad weather.
