[John Wick] What if John DIDN'T kill Santino in the Continental Hotel

Inspired by a post on a different sub exploring this scenario.

Let's imagine the following happening in a parallel universe: John Wick does not kill Santino (Let's say Winston successfully talked him down) like he does in the canon version of John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017). Then, Wick completely one-ups Santino by basically doing the same thing Santino sought to do: he stays in the Continental INDEFINITELY until Santino calls off the bounty on him.

Santino, now that he has taken a seat at the High Table + his already large influence and power, he will definitely open another contract on John. Worldwide, even. The bounty will remain open indefinitely until the job is done.

Santino, on the other hand, does not want to stay in the hotel indefinitely and wants Wick dead ASAP.

Wick, however, decides he isn't moving from the Continental until Santino calls off the hit.

It's basically a game of chicken.

Now, let's remember something all the way back in John Wick: Chapter 1 (2014).There are literally people who are willing to break the rules and be denounced excommunicado (Perkins was one of them).

Thanks to this, John will have to watch his back. Santino could find some other way to screw John over and get him killed. While Winston could help somehow, he is still beneath the table, so I'd say the help he could give would be very minimal.

Given all this information, how does Wick NOT killing Santino at the end of Chapter 2 affect the franchise? Does this mean John Wick Chapters 3 (2019) and 4 (2023) no longer happen?

[Jurassic Park] What if Isla Sorna had a Lythronax instead of a Spinosaurus?

Let’s imagine that Lythronax was discovered years earlier and it was illegally cloned before being released onto Isla Sorna.

This means that Lythronax replaces the Spinosaurus as the main villain of Jurassic Park 3 (2001).

How does Jurassic Park 3 with a Lythronax instead of a Spinosaurus as the main Dino villain (if at all)?

[MCU] What if the Snap occurred during WW2?

In a parallel universe, Spider-Man gets ahold of a Sling Ring before the battle on Titan. After Thanos beats everybody, Spider-Man secretly follows Thanos to Wakanda.

After he witnesses Thanos insert the last infinity stone in his gauntlet, Spider-Man (MCU) uses his Sling Ring to send Thanos (MCU) to an alternate reality before he can Snap half of all life out of existence.

The issue? Spider-Man sent him to 1943 Europe, specifically during Steve Rogers’ mission to save Bucky Barnes from HYDRA.

Thanos realizes too late he’s in the wrong time period but by then, he’s already Snapped.

Half of all life in the universe as of 1943 is now dead. The deceased include (but aren’t limited to):

  1. Arnim Zola (MCU)
  2. Johann Schmidt/Red Skull (MCU)
  3. Chester Phillips (MCU)
  4. Dum Dum Doogan (MCU)
  5. Peggy Carter (MCU)
  6. Various members of HYDRA under Schmidt’s command (MCU)
  7. Loki (MCU)
  8. Odin (MCU)
  9. Heimdall (MCU)
  10. Hela (MCU)
  11. Fenrir (MCU)
  12. The US President (Assumed to still be FDR in the MCU).
  13. Adolf Hitler
  14. Emperor Hirohito of Japan
  15. Joseph Stalin

The following characters are confirmed to have been spared:

  1. Steve Rogers
  2. Bucky Barnes
  3. Tony Stark’s parents.
  4. Thor
  5. Benito Mussolini

[Star Trek/Star Wars] The crew of a late 24th century Starfleet vessel and the crew of a Rebellion era Rebel ship are both trapped on a garbage planet, with plentiful resources to build a ship together to escape..?

What tech ends up being utilized from their respective knowledge bases? Does the resulting ship use phasers or blasters? Warp drive or hyperdrive? Photon or proton torpedoes? Hull armor or deflector arrays? Shuttles or transporter?

Given the respective limits, advantages, or disadvantages of the various technologies, what's the best case scenario for a vessel constructed by expert engineers from each universe (assuming all tech is compatible with the physical laws of the universe they're in)?

[DC/Invincible] What if Omni-Man arrived on the earth of the DC universe?

Sinario: Omni-Man like in the main universe arrives arrives on earth and kills a monster attacking a beach and ends up meeting Debbie and having Mark and raising him up to about 17. If Omni-Man still decides he has to kill the Justice League or get them out of the way somehow he'd have to get more creative in someway since brute strength won't work as pretty much all but 1 or 2 members of the League are way stronger and faster than him. Aside from Nolan, Mark, Debbie there are no other Invincible characters in the DC universe in this sinario.

Justice League Line Up: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash (Berry Allen), Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Martian Manhunter, and Hawk Girl.
