I did check quickly on the internet but how do you wiccans meet other wiccans? How do you find a partner, soulmate to marry?

I’m new to Wiccan and paganism. Iv studies and done some research for about a year and I think I’m ready to start actually getting into but was looking for someone to guide me or even advice 🙂

I have a general question about curses. This week with Perez Hilton and what happened with him, I got the overwhelming feeling that someone has done something to him. I’m wondering if anyone else felt that, and what would the person who has been cursed need to do to protect themselves in future?
