I haven't played Woozworld in years and went to log into my account and it told me that my account was deactivated for security reasons. The email associated with my account doesn't work anymore and I submitted a ticket to recover my account using my current email. Will they actually respond to me? Or is there another way I should contact them about this. Thanks!

does anybody know if you get a VIP units if you can still access it along w furniture after your VIP status ends? i know you can’t wear the clothes anymore but i don’t want too keep paying to be VIP but don’t want to not be able to access or use my units anymore bc they’re VIP
I’ll include the other photos in the comments. It won’t let me delete because it keeps saying that the secret question is wrong, but it isn’t. I tried changing the capitalization, spaces, everything nothing works. I tried emailing them for help, it told me not a valid email… it is my email. I found another way to email them and then they responded to email them through a link that sends me back to where I was that it won’t send. I just want to delete my account. I already gave away all my stuff. Has anyone else went through this?
I haven't been on wzw for like a year, I decide to come back today and theres new age restrictions. I don't mind it cause I've just made the cut but my account has the 15 and under age restrictions applied? If I remember it right my year of birth was set correctly, but the account is pushing 4 years old so idk. I've checked everywhere in settings and wzws FAQ. I googled it aswell and the answer I got was that my age should be on my woozln. Well its obviously restricted for some reason so I can't do that either. Hoping this works, any help is appriciated !!
