Factory Reset SIP-T46G (unable to, tried various methods)

Is there any possible way to factory reset the SIP-T46G? I acquired a few phones from a business that closed and they were using intermedia for their VoIP provider. The client is gone and no longer has an account with them and they don't know the admin password for the phones.

I tried resetting it to factory using these methods:

  1. Holding the "OK" button but no menu or prompt comes up to factory reset it

  2. Upgrading the firmware, it updated the FW but the configuration is there there. I can't login as "admin" on the phone. I tried admin/admin, admin/0000, admin/1234, admin/12345, admin/123456.

  3. Contacting Yealink support, their AI says it's most likely locked to RPS. I went to the link provided, tried adding the MAC and serial # from the back of the phone but their system says it's not the correct information. I replied on the ticket that the RPS MAC unlocking system isn't taking my information from the phone. The ticket has been stuck in limbo for almost this whole week with no human response.

  4. Going to the web GUI IP address but it won't load, I think it might be disabled from intermedia.

  5. Using this method posted in this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/VOIP/comments/m13sxa/factory_reset_password_protected_yealink/ but the line button won't go to the network as what the person suggested

Is there any way to get rid of this config on the phone?
