i just ordered a antesports wifi + bluetooth adapter for my laptop because my inbuilt doesnot work it was of 504 rupees claims to have 600mbps speed so i play valorant and i plugged it and connected it from my airtel wifi after sometime it shows network problem and very high ping so i connected with my phone 5g hotspot and it still showed network problem and sometimes it removed me from the game because of network issue i just contact the app zepto support for this issue and they redirected me to there email when i uploaded proofs and order id they told me to upload a video of the issue as said i uploaded the video which clearly stated that the product is not working and shows network problem and high ping in my game after the video they replies it has been verified that the product is in working condition it is so frustrating it has been only 1 hour since i got this and they are not considering my problem

last time they delivered leaked ice roller i showed them every possible proof that the ice roller is leaking and they replied that it is working i just dont know what to do i cant waste my 500 rupees on a faulty product

Ordered eggs from zepto...got so horrible rotten eggs..so horrible experience how can such big company..no customar care number provided. Sent several mails no response..this is scam ..

I’m posting this as a warning and to see if anyone else has faced similar safety issues with Zepto recently.

I ordered a packet of refined oil through their app. When it was delivered, I immediately noticed that the section containing the manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch information was completely wiped out. It looks incredibly sketchy, and obviously, it's unsafe to consume cooking oil without knowing if it's expired.

I reached out to Zepto's customer support right away, expecting a standard refund or replacement. Instead, their response was completely dismissive. They basically told me that because the packet was "not tampered" with (meaning there were no physical cuts or leaks), there was no issue.

How does an intact seal matter if the vital safety and expiry information is literally missing or erased?

I have completely lost trust in Zepto and their quality control. If they are willing to deliver untraceable consumables and defend it, who knows what else slips through the cracks.
