Listing Djify, a complete and deployed SaaS I built for the DJ and mobile entertainment niche. Straight up front, this is pre-revenue. You are buying a finished, polished, deployable asset and a real head start into a proven market, not a cash flow business. Pricing that honestly so nobody wastes their time.
What it is
Djify is an all-in-one business management platform for working DJs. The user is the mobile DJ or small entertainment business currently juggling spreadsheets, DMs and PayPal links to run their gigs. Djify replaces all of that with one platform. The tagline says it plainly. One platform, every gig.
This is not a thin landing page with three features bolted on. Once you sign in, it is a full operating system with a working dashboard and a deep sidebar of modules. Here is what is actually in the build.
The dashboard
A live Overview that snapshots the whole business at a glance. Upcoming gigs, active clients, revenue month to date and booking rate, all surfaced the moment a DJ logs in.
The modules, all built and wired into the app
Calendar. The full schedule view across every gig.
Bookings. Manage and track every booking in one pipeline.
Booking Pages. Public, branded pages where clients can book the DJ directly.
Inquiries. Capture and manage incoming leads before they become bookings.
Clients. A full CRM for the DJ's client base.
Events. Plan and run the night, timelines, song requests, do-not-play lists.
Payments. Take deposits and balance payments with reminders and tracked invoices.
Financials. The money view across the whole business.
Contracts. Send and manage agreements and signatures.
Equipment. Inventory, maintenance logs and per-event setups.
Analytics. Revenue, booking sources and busy seasons, turned into insight.
Email Templates and Email Log. Built in client communication with a record of what went out.
Settings and a tiered plan structure. The app already has an upgrade-plan flow and multiple tiers scaffolded, so the monetization model is built in and ready, you just connect your payment provider.
The AI features
There is a live AI Setlist Generator built in. You pick the event type, duration, guest count and music vibe, and it generates a tailored setlist in seconds. It is testable right now on the landing page without even making an account, so you can watch the AI work before you commit to anything.
The tech and what works
Fully responsive across web, mobile and tablet, and ships as a PWA, so users can install it like a native app with no app store needed.
Auth is done and live. Users sign up and log in with Google or Apple out of the box.
Clean, modern, genuinely professional UI across both the marketing site and the authenticated app. This is a finished product, not a rough MVP.
