Got a 2020 Audi A4. Had the front bumper replaced last month after a small hit.
Now the ACC and front assist keep throwing faults. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.
Booked it in with ADAS Line for a full radar calibration next week.
How accurate do these front radar calibrations usually need to be on the A4? And do you normally see the faults clear right after, or does it take a few drive cycles?
Just looking for some tips and advice. I use Bosch system and Safelite’s new Static Mobile Calibration Hardware.
I did an Audi today and it kept telling me “Calibration could not be performed” over and over again, tried adjusting the screen and triple checking ride heights with mobile Static, after a Few tries I took it InShop to use out Static Stand and it worked just fine without a problem.
I do find Audis to be very unpredictable with Adas Troubleshooting and I’d like to know if anybody has any deeper knowledge
Also is it worth keeping the OEM camera Hood as a replacement if Any aftermarkets give issues?
