I’ve been waiting a very long time for my forever family. I was brought to a city pound in Korea in 2024, and no one ever came to claim me. When no one came forward to adopt me, I was eventually placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, I was rescued—but after some difficult moves caused by irresponsible people, I finally found stability and have now been living at the same shelter for the past 9 months.

I know I may not be the easiest dog to notice. In Korea, older, large, black dogs like me are often overlooked. But I’m hoping someone will look past that and see the gentle, loving girl I am. ❤️

I’m a little shy when we first meet, but if you’re gentle with me, I’ll happily accept your pets. Tasty treats are definitely the fastest way to my heart! Once I feel completely safe and comfortable, I’ll even roll over and show you my belly. 🥰

I’m calm and peaceful around other dogs. I’m happy to share my space and say hello, although I’m not the kind of girl who immediately wants to play with everyone. I may occasionally invite a dog to play, but I’m just as happy relaxing beside my friends.

I have moderate-to-low energy and enjoy getting outside to explore. I haven’t had many opportunities for walks, so I get very excited when I’m finally out! New places and busy city noises can make me a little nervous, but I’m learning.

I’m still working on a few things. I’m not yet housetrained, and I may whine when crated. I sometimes bark when I want something, and I’m protective of my food around other dogs. But I have not shown aggression toward people, have no resource guarding issues with people, and have no escape tendencies or separation anxiety.

I’ve spent so much of my life waiting. All I need now is someone willing to give a sweet senior girl a chance. Maybe my happily-ever-after starts with you. 🖤🐶

I spent at least two months wandering around a prison property in Korea before I was rescued and brought to a city pound in March 2026. Along the way, kind people helped me survive, so I’ve learned that humans are my friends. I may be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly—and once I trust you, I’ll happily show you my belly!

I’m a friendly, gentle boy who enjoys being around people. I’ve also met children at my current dog hotel and have been very sweet and gentle with them. I’m comfortable being handled most of the time, although bath time and vet visits can still make me a little nervous.

My absolute favorite thing in the world is going for walks! 🥰 I’m confident, curious, and adventurous, and I love exploring new places. I have moderate energy, so after a good outdoor adventure, I’m happy to relax and enjoy some quiet time at home.

I get along well with other dogs and can peacefully share space with them. I’m not always the type to play right away, but once I get to know a dog, I may even join in for a little wrestling session! I can be quite “talkative” with my doggy friends. 🐶

I’m still working on one important habit: I sometimes try to eat food waste I find on the street, so my family will need to keep a close eye on me during walks. I’m also learning to feel more comfortable being alone and may hover near the door when my people leave.

I’m housetrained, crate-trained, rarely bark, and have no resource guarding or aggression issues. I’m simply a sweet, adventurous boy looking for someone who will give me the love, patience, and forever home I deserve.

Hi, I’m Jeff! 🐾

I survived one of South Korea’s devastating wildfires in 2025. When kind volunteers found me, I was tied to a pole inside an empty house. Thankfully, I wasn’t hurt, and my owner later made the difficult decision to surrender me so I could have a chance at a better life.

Despite everything, I’m a happy, social, and affectionate boy. I love meeting new people, soaking up scratches and belly rubs, and cuddling whenever I can. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoy a good game of chase with my friends.

I’m still learning about life in a home since I’ve only known being tied up and living in a shelter. I’m food-motivated, curious, and have a playful, energetic side, but after some outdoor fun, I’m happy to relax and unwind. With a little patience and guidance, I’m ready to discover what it means to be part of a loving family. Could that family be yours?
