looking to get ADHD diagnosed, any low cost options in Delhi NCR?
I am 23, from Noida. I think I have ADHD but never got tested. No clue how to start or where to go.
Need a place in Delhi NCR that does it for cheap. Can't afford private clinics charging 5k-10k. I keep hearing AIIMS, IHBAS, Safdarjung, but don't know the actual process, fees, or waiting time.
If anyone else in NCR is also planning to get checked, DM me. We can figure out the steps together and maybe go together. Feels easier when you're not doing it alone..
Also, I'm introverted, have zero ADHD or neurodivergent friends IRL. Single, never had a gf either. Mostly just want people who get the daily struggle to talk to.
