Has anyone tried metacognitive therapy?
>Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is a type of psychotherapy created by Adrian Wells that focuses on how you think rather than the content of your thoughts. Instead of challenging negative ideas like in traditional CBT, MCT teaches you to stop excessive worrying, rumination, and fixed attention patterns, changing your core beliefs about your own thoughts
I feel like rumination is my biggest problem. Does anyone have any experience with this?
