It might actually be raining all day. Will they move outdoor events indoors? I highly doubt we would be able to push the event back since some people are literally flying in here.
edit: So apparently you can switch days at the front desk, ill wait until thursday to consider switching to either friday or sunday

In previous years I have been able to mark/add multiple events with clashing start-times on the Guidebook App, and then picked which one appealed to me more at the specific moment.
This year I can't do that. Example: Friday has a Photoshoot for both Frieren and Isekai Quartet starting at 4pm. Also, a panel at 4:30pm (What I learned from anime). Because it overlaps with the Photoshoot at 4:00, I cannot add that to my schedule even though the Photoshoot will likely be over by then. No matter how many times I press "Add Anyway", conflicting events do not show up in my schedule - only the first-selected does.
How can I fix this? Or do I just have to live with the inconvenience? My phone is an android, if that matters.

You can take home a red bottle cap (I have 150 caps, so I’m only giving 1-2 caps per person). They are plain red bottle caps, I wasn’t able to put Nuka Cola on them.

Got my display of pens ready for Anime North this weekend. I'll only have 18 bodies there and once they're gone Gen 2 will get released with gen 1 owners getting a heavy discount for Gen 2 and one lucky individual to get all 7 of Gen 2 with the holders and a custom made display stand
Along with the fandom spreadsheet, I also put together this survival guide of sorts for Anime North a few years ago! I've been going to AN since I was in high school, and had been going as an attendee every year before going as a tabling artist! To anyone who's new to Anime North, I hope this guide is helpful!
I'm from the West Niagara Region (close to Hamilton ~15-20 min) and would like to try for at least 2 days/full weekend. Since I don't have hotel/overnight plans, I'd have to either drive home/back (+park) each day, or sleep in my car (not sure if allowed).
Are there any additional options I've not considered yet? I should note that any public transport would also need to accommodate my parking and the late hours of return (11pm/midnight-ish), so I'm not sure if there's any viable options/would be even cheaper than just gas cost + parking. Thanks!
I’ve been doing badge mail out the last few years, but I remember the line for pickup taking hours at times. My group has a last minute addition who bought a weekend pass just now.

Hi! This is my first time going to Anime North, and attending a convention asides from Game X and my university’s fandom con. I’ll be going on Saturday in cosplay (first time cosplaying too!) with my best friend and younger sister. Fun fat, I’m a five minute walk away from the Congress Center.
Is there anything I should know before or bring with me? I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and on the autism spectrum, so I’m worried about my blood sugar levels dropping and overstimulation.
If a creator is coming to AN as an announced Guest and doesn't have a booth or any specific panels listed that they are a part of, does that mean they will be wandering/enjoying the con just in general, or is there a specific "guest area" or general guest tabling that they would most likely spend time in? (I don't mean like, a private greenroom or guest-only space, which I'm sure they do have, I mean like a space for them to exist while also interacting with attendees).
Sorry if this is a silly question, it's rare I'm on the lookout for meeting public figures, but I got into Super Eyepatch Wolf last year and saw today he'll be at the con. I'd really like to just let him know I appreciate his work, but if he's wandering around the con I don't want to bother him if there's a specific area that would be better for me to approach him at.
