Kobra X

I’m finding out how bad the support is, I had one fail dead on arrival. Support has sent a canned email that do ont answer my direct questions or take action almost every day for the last 6 days. All I’m getting is stalling and no action. The fact that I only had the printer a few days and now it’s been sitting broken in my home without any response from their Support team. After this I’m asking for a return label because I no longer want the product because of the support they provide. I bought a product I expected to work new out of the box without any defects and what I got was the defective printer they take no actions to remediate the issue. I asked for a replacement. They said they can do it. I told him I was not comfortable in repairing a new product, which they should’ve given me a shipping label to return it at that point, but they can’t make a decision. I have now requested a return label and a refund. It’s just not worth the hassle. I have yet to receive a response to my request and I’ve made it three times in the last three days as they ignore my email..

Anyone have a Kobra X fail two weeks after you recieve it.

I’m dealing with Anycubic Support and they asked me on a brand new machine to replace the power supply. My concern is it’s a Red flag it failed within the first 30 days and this machine may have more problems than just a power supply. I’ve asked for replacement, but not sure how they’re going to handle this. It seems to be a very slow process. It took three days to have it delivered. It’s looking like its going to take a long time to get this failure resolved. Anyone had any experience with support on new machine failures?
