Need advice

I’m taking AP CSA as my first AP class and haven’t taken CSP cuz my school does have it. I have very little programming knowledge(I know basic if then statement in python) and was wondering how hard the class is and if there is anything I should know before next year. Also what are some resources I should use next year and some to prepare over the summer
Thanks in advance

Employee FRQ: Get overlapping hours

Did anybody else get the version with the Employee class and the seat chart? If you did, how did you do the overlapping hours method... that was the trickiest one for me. :(

apcsa exam so free

i want to premise this by saying i am NOT good at cs. i averaged maybe an 80-85 on the unit tests and am atrocious at frqs

i honestly just accepted my fate and did like 25 mcqs and reviewed recursion last night. little to my surprise it was so freaking light

i had almost an hour left after the mcq and about 40 in the frq.

using .indexOf instead of .equals on FRQs

ugh so for some odd reason on FRQ 4 (points and colors) I used .indexOf(color)!=-1 to check if a color String matches another String. I think I did that frq right after the FRQ 1 where I used indexOf and completely zoned out afterwards. does anyone know if graders will take off points for this?

EASIEST TEST OF MY LIFE

genuinely had 40 mins left on frqs and they were like 10-15 lines of code only each. mcq was a little harder on time but still had 10 mins left to check answers. the random ahh questions about ethics and stuff was really just common sense. but really that shit was so light

score required for a 5 on apcsa

what's the minimum points needed out of 80 to get a 5? albert says that it's roughly 62/80 (i saw this when i was just messing around with the calculator).

also, supposing I get like 39/42 in mcq, what is the minimum score I would need to score a 5? what is the score i would need on frq to comfortable secure a 5 s
