Would A towel make a good flag ? Or a flag make a good towel ? Or both…

Would A towel make a good flag ? Or a flag make a good towel ? Or both…
Elements of the flag:
- Eureka flag to replace the union jack at the canton
- Six stripes to represent the six federated states in aboriginal colours
- Chevron as a nod to the anthem (advance australia fair) and to represent progress
- Golden wattle with commonwealth star in the middle (I put the star there because without it the wattle looked empty) to represent unity
After months of research, trial, and debate, these carefully selected and arranged elements and colors represent the culmination of that journey. The goal was simple yet profound: to create a symbol that is instantly identifiable, inclusive, and deeply representative of the vast demographics, geographic landscapes, and diverse people of our great land.
Pure, Unbridled Australia
Heroing the essential spirit of Australia, every color and element has been chosen with deep respect to achieve maximum resonance across our broad landscape and rich cultural heritage.
The Design: A golden yellow sun strikes the horizon over the rich, red earth, anchored by the subtle silhouette of a lone kangaroo in full motion.
The Palette: A natural selection of two shades of rich ochre—red iron oxide earth and radiant sun yellow.
The Harmony: Two iconic elements tied together in a striking, forward-moving, and timeless design.
Why the Kangaroo?
The kangaroo is already our default national symbol recognized worldwide—choosing anything else is simply shooting ourselves in the foot. It moves only forward, mirroring the trajectory of a modern Australia.
