Rare bird?

Spotted this bar-headed goose a couple times with her 5 goslings whilst holidaying in the Lake district.

Merlin reckons she's non-native and doesn't belong here in the UK, more likely to be an escapee from a private collection?

What's the thoughts?

Can I move a bird box with birds in it?

So when I first moved into my house I attached a bird box to my back garden gate without thinking of when I’d need to open the gate because we never use the gate due to my dog try’s to run away if it’s open. But for the first time in many years of it being there a pair of birds have made a home in there and I noticed today that they have lil babies in there! My dilemma is that we are having a gardener come round in a few days to sort the garden but I think he’s going to have to go through the gate to do what he needs to do. So I’m wondering if it’s possible to move the box to a different part of the fence or I’m wondering if he uses the gate will it stress the birds too much?? 😭 I’ve seen a baby bird that is big enough to fly and come out of the nest stick it’s head out and stuff I just hope they decide to leave the nest before Friday the 15th as that’s the day the gardener is coming.

How long do birds stay in the nest before leaving/ do birds ever leave the nest once they’ve made it a home?? Thanks in advance
