Greenpeace 10 Commandments Lost PSA Found (Probably)

Basically someone was looking for an anti-cloning PSA they saw on an old partially lost TV show "Insomnia." They had a commercials segment which showed this.
It has not been confirmed by the original author of the thread. However, the YouTube video aligns perfectly and other people seem to agree!
