Looking into Greenfield/Early Settlers neighborhood, when does the train come through and do they lay on the horn through the residential areas?

Woodmont neighborhood- too good to be true? Checking out the vibe.

We are actively looking to move to chesterfield and feel like Woodmont has a nice vibe. Smaller mostly nice maintained homes, good community, kids, walkable streets, pool, central to most things, Bon air elementary…

What’s the catch? Is it a good neighborhood to raise kids? What are some potentially negative things to consider?

We are looking between Woodmont, Bon air general area within chesterfield, and the neighborhoods south of robius.

How are the trails between settlers landing and Woodmont?

I’m looking at google earth and noticed a handful of trails labeled don’t surf, ridge runner and hang ten. Are these legit trails? Or pirated mtb trails?

They are just south of the tracks that separate Woodmont and settlers landing.
