Need help with bus simulator 24 city roads on switch. How do i get hired workers to do something? I have tried googling it but that was no help. So I go to career, choose to hire a driver and choose a route but nothing happens after that, even if I put the console down and come back later. There is just a yellow light circling around a wheel symbol (see attached picture)
wanting to get a bus game on ps5, busbound just came out, the bus has good reviews but people say its buggy, i found bus sim 21 controls really bad, and fernbus/tourist bus sim are mixed. what would be best to get in 2026 for ps5 right now?

Just like multiplayer features in flight games like real flight simulator or infinite flight simulator
But unfortunately none of the bus simulators provide this feature.
So what if there is a website for a virtual Bus agency? Players can login there and provide their bus details, etc.
Then it will automatically assign a trip by checking the schedule. It creates a schedule or timetable for the bus.
It gives you a chart showing where to start, at which time, route, etc.
There are also virtual passengers, their names, details, etc. You can earn money and reach the top.
Players must visit the place before starting the route and after completing the route

Maybe a big ask, so just throwing it out in case anyone already knows, it's difficult to figure out via Google searches in my experience thus far. Idk why it bothers me, but I want to use only buses that are actually used in the states for my Angel Shores playthrough. I'm on xbox and have every dlc
