Top free streaming apps for children's programming available to Canadians (with lots of ad free options)

A lot of this may be common knowledge to parents; but here's a compilation of apps available to Canadians for children's programming that is NOT YouTube related.

I am impressed how much content is available on TVO Kids and CBC Gem, both absolutely free with no ads.

SportsNet + is raising their yearly price again. ($344.99)

I guess that's finally it for me and watching my out of market NHL team...

La Liga on TSN

First time subscriber to TSN so don’t know how it happened in the previous seasons. But aren’t La Liga games available on demand on TSN? Is it only the live games I can watch when the season starts?

Why no TSN AppleTV app on US App Store?

I have a US App Store account. I’ve had it for almost 20 years and more importantly, I got it when I was living in the States. I’m now in Canada and would love to use the TSN streaming app, but it’s just not available anywhere else except the Canadian App Store. that’s so ridiculous.

I can’t switch App Store region because I have subscriptions. I am currently using a VPN to use US streaming services, but they are cracking down on VPNs, so it’s becoming incredibly unreliable. Any solution? Do I have to create a second AppleID just for that? I really hope there’s a better solution.

Otherwise, anyone knows how to contact the devs of the TSN app?

Cbc windsor blocking fox 2 detroit ota signal by amplifying channel 9 during world cup?

Fox 2 detroit seems to lose its signal during world cup game days and returns to normal hours after the event is over. Ive come across some info showing fox 2 detroit can be blocked when cbc windsor channel 9 turns up its signal. If this is true are there any possible health effects from it and why does cbc do this when they are not airing world cup matches?
