Frozen the day I got them which was the 23rd, beef one has been defrosting in the fridge since the 25th. I tried freezing normal vegetables and they went bad so I’m not sure I know what I can freeze and what I can’t :p

Pork shoulder with REALLY dark spots inside.

I assume it’s just blood vessels or clots but if someone could give me an idea, I would appreciate it. I’ve never seen shoulders like this before and I’ve cooked many.
