Why you should not buy from The Office - An honest story
I cannot recommend less to anyone in this community to buy from The Office Gallery.
I have been their clients (placed two orders, a leather jacket and a pair of derbies) and get banned from their shop because I made an inquiry this time and didn’t place order from them.
This is something really shocking to me as a customer who paid and wants to share this story with you.
On the other hand, I have very good experience with Ink/Smasa. I was treated politely from Lift/Darklands/Rooms/Leclaireur even though I didn’t place order there.

Timeline:
- [Past] I placed two orders from The Office (jacket + footwear).
- Gkekas(The Office SA) was happy.
- [Recently] I made an inquiry on cockle(2790) to the Office and Samsa.G to check stock.
Both shop has no stock
Gkekas tried very hard to sell me a different model (2791) which he has in stock.
I had to refuse him many times.
- Liu from Samsa.G replied quickly with details.
No stock, but he is willing to help me place order.
I was happy and proceed to take order from Samsa.G
- I told Gkekas I will take order from Samsa.G and hope to work with him next time.
Gkekas got unhappy and told me I should only stick to one retailer
He wanted me to place order from him only
He asked Samsa.G's pricing and offer to match with lower price/deposit
- I refused politely.
