Miata Vs. Caterham (Buying Question)

Considering getting a fun car, but there aren't a lot of twisty roads near me. I've had two daily driver miatas and a lot of track time with them, but now looking for a fun second car. I assumed I'd get another miata, but I could splurge for a Caterham. I have only driven the Caterham a couple times, one slow (period perfect) 7 replica and a spicier one at the track so not really sure what the ownership experience is and how it compares to the miata. Is the extra price worth it if I don't have a car club or track regularly anymore?

Lowered baffled wet sump for Sigma 1.6L?

I recently managed to scrape a hole in my oil sump going over a speed bump (very slowly) in my S3 chassis 140. I can get the hole fixed by a welder, but I'm also annoyed by how little clearance there is for that giant sump hanging below the frame.

A dry sump is probably too much money to spend right now, but I've seen mention online of some custom wet sumps that are lower profile and internally baffled (to deal with the lower oil volume they hold), but I can't find where I can get one of these unicorns.

Does anyone know where these are sold, or do they just not exist?
