I need help!! it doesn't really sit where I want it too ( a little too high) and it shakes around a lot when i wear it. How do I fix that?? also i need suggestions on how to decorate :)

I recently finished making a Norwegian forest cat mask, and I love it so much! The only problem is that it's really hard to breathe properly with the mask. I usually use my mouth to breathe but I look bad going that and I'm sure there is some way to ventilate masks.
