Ode to twisted cheetos

I remember these being better than regular puffs. I specifically remember the cone-shaped ends of the twists had a tendency to collect more of the cheedle(cheese dust). Maybe more cheese coating was caked on it as a whole but that extra cheesy flavor was memorable.

I like puffs every now and then but sometimes wish the cheese layer was thicker. I like crunchy cheetos as well, but some pieces are harder than I care for.

Somewhere in the tips of the twisted puffs lies the perfect cheeto in my opinion. A cheeto that is generally not crunchy to the point of hardness, soft, but not overly corn and air, with a generous coating of the cheese dust. Maybe a new hybrid extrusion somewhere larger than a small crunchy piece, but smaller than a normal puff, somewhat uniform, with a double-caking of cheedle.

Of course if they wanted to restart production on the twisted puffs and just send me a constant supply of the twisted puff ends, I'd be cool with that too.
