HIGH SUPLLY IS TRASH

THE DISPENSARIES ONLY WANNA RUN DEALS ON STUFF THAT’S CLOSE TO EXPIRING. I’M STARTING TO QUESTION IF SOME OF THIS PRODUCT IS GETTING REPACKAGED OR MOVED AROUND BECAUSE I’M SEEING TOO MANY QUALITY ISSUES. I’M SEEING YELLOWING, QUESTIONABLE TEXTURE, EARTHY/SOIL NOTES, AND SOMETIMES IT MAKES ME WONDER WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON. 🗑️

Picked up some Riff flower the other day — it was about a month from expiration.

Went back today and grabbed a half of Sugar Storm and honestly… same disappointment. This batch was supposedly fresh according to the date, but the experience felt off. Makes me wonder if it’s inventory they struggled to move before.

At first I thought maybe I was overthinking it, but when you start noticing unusual color, earthy flavors, or inconsistent quality, it makes you ask questions. Is it outdoor? Sun-grown? Bad cure? Poor storage? Or just rushed production?

I guess that’s what I get for trying to save a buck while supporting local and staying in-state.

What really gets me is the lack of consideration for medical patients. We’re not shopping for luxury — we’re trying to find medicine that consistently works.

Meanwhile, I’m seeing recreational spots run stronger deals and sometimes deliver a better customer experience. It honestly makes me question whether renewing my medical card is even worth it or if buying through medical dispensaries still makes sense.

I’m tired.

As a medical patient, I just want reliable products that work without having to gamble every purchase. Being forced to pay premium prices for medication while quality feels inconsistent is exhausting.

The greed and disconnect from consumers feels like one of the biggest problems hurting people right now.

Chicago - The Office Trivia - Sunday June 7th at 7:00 - Ludlow Liquors in Avondale -Free to play

I read the rules about promotion and I think the people in this dub from Chicago would like to know about this event and it is free. A little gray area but, I am rolling the dice and hope it is okay!

Are you ready to face a challenge foolish enough to challenge you? Get your friends and co-workers together for our monthly themed trivia at Ludlow Liquors on Sunday June 7th at 7:00! Pen & Paper Trivia officially sources its paper from Dunder Mifflin if you did not know.

We will be covering questions from all seasons and weather permitting there will be additional seating on the patio because… well did you know “The Office” is popular? Teams can be up to 7 people but it’s not the size that matters. (That’s what she said!). Remember to save room for a cheesteak or a smash burger from Ludlow and I guarantee you it will make you say “Oh yeah!”

Custom Life Closets: sharing my honest review

I’m sharing a review of Custom Life Closets. I dreamt of having a beautiful walk-in closet all my life. i recently moved into my first home in Chicago after getting a new job and an inheritance. I picked a house that had a walk-in closet space. The house in general are amazing, but the closet was pretty basic Roomy, but with no built-in organization.

I hired Custom Life Closets to create a custom organizing system in the walk-in closet, to completely redo the space. The work crew was professional, respectful of my space, and did an excellent job, meeting and exceeding my expectations. I had a vague idea what I wanted beforehand, and they worked with me to turn it into a reality, offering suggestions that maximized the functionality and use of space. I could not be happier with their work or the results.
