Is it and is it ready?

This comes around almost every year on this chopped down eucalyptus tree stump.

How should I use the stems? They are not super tough so I’m thinking of making maybe chicken nuggets? But should I boil them first?

Awesome chicken of the woods found right outside Portland Maine

Proud as it’s my first chicken of the woods I’ve found that wasn’t swarming with bugs and my grandparents used to mushroom hunt all the time. Going to use my grandmas polish chicken and gravy recipie
