What is the best symptom tracker app 2026?
Hi all - looking for an app where I can track ALOT of different symptoms quite easily. I am in the situation where I need to monitor these closely for my doctors. The more possible symptoms to track the better BUT it needs to be easy and intuitive, I don't want to spend hours doing it every day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and wishing you all strength!
