Cinema Therapy Studios is Making a Feature Film!?!?

After years of watching movies, talking about movies, and occasionally getting way too emotionally invested in movies, Cinema Therapy Studios is making one of its own.

The Vessel is a horror comedy about friendship, trauma, and a very haunted manor. And today, the campaign to bring it to life is officially LIVE.

We're making this with the community, which means you can actually become part of the movie. Anyone who backs within the first 48 hours will have their name included in the film's credits.

There's also a full-length haunted-house TTRPG campaign, The Mad Butler Murders, plus physical rewards, movie props, collectibles, and more.

And in the words of Jono: “It takes a village to make a Vessel.”

Visit the campaign and back here:

What are you hoping to see in a movie from Cinema Therapy Studios?

Therapy in cinema

I feel like Therapy is commonly shown in movies/tv as a joke, unhelpful, or at worse a hindrance. (Zootopia, Falcon and the Winter Soldier) - Are there any actually good views of therapy/therapists in media?

Just a doubt that I have with the two

Well, after it was mass-revealed JKR's bigotry towards trans people in 2020 (she was showing signs since 2018, but in that year everything was revealed), why are you still making HP videos? First, you don't actually depend on that, nor are you someone who only does HP content, and mostly, you consider yourselves allies to trans people. Like, what? And I'm saying this after both of you put FBaWtFT in some recent videos.

Accountability Kink

Hello I adore your show.

I love your most recent video on Robin Hood but one thing struck me as a little heartless. You address, toxic masculinity, but not toxic femininity.

I will be the first to admit that upon you saying that I was a little taken back because i immediately felt as though the world fell on my shoulders. As if my feeling of being a curse to the world soon birth were correct. After a few minutes, my logical brain kicked in, and I said wait a minute this isn’t men versus women. This is about masculinity and femininity. So I looked into the traits of each and found that you are absolutely correct. Reality is toxic femininity would be self-destructive, not outwardly destructive after looking into the core traits of what it is.

So my request if you are so willing to take, it would be to create a video on positive femininity so that when you talk about toxic masculinity or non-toxic masculinity and say there is no such thing as toxic femininity. There can be a point of reference you send people to rather than just dismissing them. So I would love it if you could activate my accountability kink because I do have one by putting a frame of reference for the people who don’t wanna feel like being born a man is a bad thing.

This is a bit of an opinion piece so if it make There is no such thing as toxic femininity, but I do feel that you writing it off that is that completely disregards the feelings of a large chunk of people.

Either way I love your show and wish you the best and can’t wait for future episodes
