My First Ice Bath Attempts Lasted 5 Seconds. Today I Survived Over 2 Minutes 😂

The first few times I tried an ice bath, I lasted about five seconds before my body immediately filed a complaint. This time I somehow stayed in for just over two minutes, which felt less like progress and more like being held hostage by very cold water.

I’m proud of the improvement, but every part of me was still screaming, “This is completely optional!” 😂 How long did everyone else last during their first real attempt?

My 1st cold shower went like this 😏🚿😱😰😨😳🫢😄😆😅😂🤣

I'm in a rough patch, wanted to shake things up

Felt super confident until I put on the cold then I absolutely gasped and panicked put kept myself in. Got my head under and twirled my body

Lasted 30 seconds, turned ur off and just started laughing and couldn't stop

Felt great all day. Skipped the carbs and just had scrambled eggs on lunch and now on a lunch time walk 🥰
