Kudos to whoever put the bag on the camera at Sullivan and Indiana out in the valley.

Submission statement: it rained heavily for 2 days on end including a derecho that blew through, my area is under a flash flood warning, Delaware county is under a flash flood emergency with massive flooding in Muncie. Mississwana river has about burst its banks. Might tomorrow as there’s supposed to be more rainfall. Some areas got a 1 in 1000 year rainfall event. These 1-1000 year blood events might be twice a year if this keeps up
