I'm sorry if this has been covered before.
I cannot access any online accounts, and I have a hard time reaching anyone on the phone.
I have about 100 shares that are "Father's Name" Cust of "My Name". I have been able to update the direct deposit info for dividend payments, and my address for mail.
I cannot get access to my account because my name isn't the account holder, and they won't let my dad do anything because it's my address and bank info.
I have a picture of the original certificate, but I don't have it in person.

I was told I need to transfer the account with a "General Transfer package" To give me the account.

Then I need the original Cert or Affidavit of Loss.

I also need a "Basic Transfer Form with medalian guarantee".
They have never mailed me anything, even after I asked.

Honestly, it all feels like bullshit, and they just don't want to let me take my stock out.

Any advice or guidance?

Hey guys, did anyone receive their voting docs this year? Just realized I didn’t for my computershare shares and the meeting is coming up. Assumed it went to junk but I searched inboxes and only see the email from last year??
