I have not figured out potatoes here yet. I’m using 15g grow bags. Any good tips for spud growing here?

Squash!!!

My winter squash have been doing especially well this year. Tomatoes and peppers been struggling. Anyone else find something random doing really well this hot summer?

First year growing cucumbers

I took this pic a few days ago. The cucumber plants are completely bonkers. Funny this is, I cannot even eat raw cucumbers!!!! I am going to make a big batch of cucumber kimchi for my nephew coming into town. It's his favorite.

How long will cucumbers last in the fridge? Am I going to have to make pickles 2-3 jars at a time
