BCom graduate confused about career path – MBA, job, or skill courses? Need help

Hi everyone,
I recently completed my BCom and I’m honestly very confused about what to do next.

Some people around me are suggesting that doing an MBA from colleges like Christ or KJU will help me get placements and eventually a good job. On the other hand, some people say doing a master’s immediately is a waste of time and that I should start working now, gain experience, and maybe do a distance/online MBA later.

Others are suggesting skill-based fields like:

  • Cybersecurity
  • Data Analytics
  • Business Analytics
  • Digital Marketing, etc.

The problem is, I’m not fully sure what suits me best.

During my BCom, I was more active in organizing events, coordinating activities, leading teams, and managing things rather than hardcore accounting or theory subjects. I think I’m good at communication, organizing, teamwork, and taking initiative.

So I wanted genuine advice from people who have been through similar situations:

  • What career paths can suit someone like me?
  • Is an MBA worth it immediately after BCom?
  • Should I first work and gain experience?
  • Are courses like data analytics or cybersecurity good options for someone without a tech background?

NEED GUIDENCE!!!!

Got 61% in 12th & 37%ile (10Lakh Rank) in Jee Mains

This wasn't the way i wanted to go but first time i fked up & second time the fkass system. so now after moving on from that dream i have 2 options help me choose one

Can i get ECE (with VLSI Specialization) in a Private College in UP or anywhere in India? Fee should be less than 10L (college should have decent placement)

(apart from my first dream i was also always curious bout these circuits and all yk loved seeking validation by fixing things as a kid till now whatever maybe everyone does that)

OR Civil Engineering with sm Specialization (suggest me sm best collages for that also) My dad is into civil field for last 25years almost in consultancy firm so yk okayish but here for me there will be no problem for entry level job

What should I choose and suggest some top collages for my situation.
