Check on your pet(s) if you live in 202

I'm one of the construction workers doing the remodel on 202/208, and I saw a red tailed hawk looking into a top floor room at building 202. One of our guys saw it jump inside and fly off with something "fuzzy", but wasn't sure what; if you live on the top floor and left your window open, check on your bets and belongings!

Red tags?

Did anybody receive a red paper on their door at EC tonight? I saw a car while walking on my street, a person got out wearing a CSUMB polo shirt. She walked up to certain units with those papers in hand.

“Mandatory” Transfer orientation day

hellooo does anybody know if anything happens if you don’t attend mandatory transfer orientation in June? It’s in the middle of the week and I can’t make those days and I have important stuff happening that weekend. Somebody said they heard somewhere that they put your account on hold if you don’t go. Can anybody that didn’t to confirm or deny this?

Does CSUMB have a cave equivalent?

As many STEM students who transferred from MPC may know, the MPC campus has a room known as the cave which remains open for studying beyond normal hours.

Does CSUMB have an area on campus similar to this?

Need: 1 extra ticket for graduation

Hey everyone. Since additional tickets were released today I thought I'd get on here quick and see if anyone can spare 1 ticket for graduation. I accidentally miscounted and am now a ticket short.

I currently live in SoCal and I’m unable to attend the mandatory in person orientation for transfer students. Does anyone know if there’s a way to do it online?

East campus (unfurnished)

So I’m being placed in east campus and it’s unfurnished. So I’m aware there is no furniture for the living room area, is there no beds or bed frame in the rooms. Can anyone explain what is and isn’t there.

Do withdrawal requests after the deadline due to extenuating circumstances have a real chance of being approved?

Basically, last week I made a request to withdrawal from one of my classes following a mental health crisis that made me unable to be on campus for an extended period of time. I got a note from my therapist as supporting documentation and I generally did all of the necessary steps, but I'm still unsure if this has a good chance of working. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with this, and if a withdrawal request is actually likely to be approved with the appropriate documentation
