THIS IS A FUCKING NIGHTMARE

I had gotten permission to screen record but for some reason no audio was recorded, so I’ll try and remember everything that was said
(Btw the Terry pfp is the tester, I can confirm they are a tester as they had the TESTER role in the Block Tales server)

THESE ARE NOT LEAKS, AS I WAS TOLD ALL OF THIS BY AN ACTUAL TESTER!
Leaks are things you’re NOT supposed to know about, and if we weren’t allowed to know about all this, he would not have told us.
Alright, let’s start.

I’d like to start with we were told the chapter 5 story will receive some fixes, mostly just added dialogue and some edits so it makes more sense.

CASSIE:
When asked about Cassie (believe it or not but I was not the one to ask, it was actually the Pursuer pfp) we were given the response:
Cassie is NOT a minor, she is an adult/young adult. The reason for her saying “papa” is because of stress and she’s going back to a state where she was comfortable. (Age regression)
Cassie can use magic because she learned it from Azuri, she learned to be fair and a leader from Robur, and she learned combat from Reginald.
I brought up an old post I once made in relation to a question I had about some lore, I asked about the Korblox Deathspeaker in Modern Bizville and its dialogue, and when I gave my take on it, I was given the response(his word not mine): “how has nobody else thought of that? I wish we had more people like you in the community who dig deep into the lore and find things like this”

OPTICUS THE MAGNIFICENT:
When askede about Opticus and the Overseers with how they felt left out of the story and how it felt like Opticus only purpose was to give the paintball gun, we were given the response: “the Overseers don’t have any official lore like the other clans. Yes, Roblox has made avatar items for them, but they don’t have actual lore unlike Redcliff, Splintered Skies, & Astral Isles” we talked about how Opticus could be re-written to fit the story, such as maybe he’s the last Overseer left.

TELA(fraud)MON:
When asked about if the chapter 5 story fixes will fix Telamon being a fraud, we were given the response: “I can’t answer that” we went over how all of Telamon’s “feats” happened off-screen.

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE:
I asked the tester: “I want just a yes or no answer, has the identity of the Mysterious Figure been decided?”
His response: “I can’t tell you, but maybe”
My response: “that’s the correct answer”

THE PIT & SCRAPPED ENEMIES (WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT SCRAPPED/UNUSED CONTENT DO NOT READ THIS SECTION!):
When asked who was responsible for creating Pit floor 55, we were given the response: “I can’t answer that” it turns out no specific person works on the Pit floors, and they get designed by anyone who decides to chime in and make a enemy lineup.
I asked the tester about the final areas of the pit, as chapter 6 will be Pit 60-70, chapter 7 will be Pit 70-80, leaving 20 Pit floors left. I asked if any scrapped or unused enemies will get repurposed for these later Pit floors, such as the Spacemen, and was told “I don’t know, we’ll have to see” it seems the Pit is still a mystery to all.
When asked about if it’s true that Pit 99 will be a rest floor, with Pit 100 being the superboss, I was told: “probably not, we definitely want the Pit to be insanely difficult, so doing that wouldn’t make much sense”
When asked if the Pit’s final floor superboss has been thought of/designed, I was told: “I can’t answer that”

THE SPACEMEN:
This is actually what started it all, as the tester joined the VC channel while someone was attempting to beat my battle Frozen Requiem and they noticed the included Spaceman Senior.
The Spacemen were scrapped for them all being too similar with their attacks, and were repurposed into NPCs. I brought up some questions I had about their dialogue I saw in BTBS, specifically Master Spaceman’s dialogue, and was told: “none of that is ours, the BTBS devs made those themselves. The Spacemen in testing only used Nooblet’s dialogue.

DARK HORSE:
When asked “okay so what’s the deal with the Dark Horse?” I was told: “that was a chapter 4 boss” it was found behind a wall you destroyed in the Banlands prison that player and Kyoko were trapped in by the Mafia (yes I realize how insane that sounds but that’s what old chapter 4 was) it was what was going to give you Aggressor.

DEVIOUS DUDE:
Continuing from that topic of the Mafia I asked about if Devious Dude could ever be added into the game, as the BTBS devs managed to fix his issue of getting stuck in his animation when targeting an ally summon. The tester said it was possible.

CURSED PUMPKIN:
I asked what the Cursed Pumpkin enemy was and if it was supposed to just be a regular enemy in the Cemetery, and was told that it was most likely, and it was designed by MidnightKrystal.

ICE GRUNT & OTHERS:
When asked about the elemental enemies we were told they were scrapped chapter 5 enemies that were meant to represent the swords, and were found on the Heights.

MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS:
I asked the tester: “very important question, when can we expect Cassie UGC?” He responded: “I’m still waiting for Mysterious Figure UGC, please Krystal I want to give this game money!” (Those were his exact words I swear to god)

Telamon was the guardian of the Darkheart originally.

The trek up Mount Blackrock was originally very different from what we have, with there being a front view of Blackrock castle just like how we see Trinity, but was scrapped.

The original writer’s message they wanted the game to give was “let go of old Roblox” which is why originally the Mysterious Figure was going to be player. This has been changed obviously.

Noobador plushie is a possibility.

QUICK EDIT: BANISHED KNIGHT CALL CARD
The Banished Knight call card was only ever an IDEA, nothing was ever made in game. The announcement of it was made by someone without talking to anyone else.

That is all I can remember from the chat I got to have with the tester. It was really fun and they were very nice. We got to hear their thoughts on things and share our own.

What-if Scenario of my player OC failed to saved Cassie from "something else" right when they about to defeat Arg'il.

2- When she speaks, she makes non-human sounds

See? Those are the reasons why Cassie is an alien, it makes sense, truly.

I can't explain it, but whenever I mess around in Blocktales I all ways have one of these three in mind, Griefer is one of my favorites cuz he's just cool.

Kyokko is a fav because she's probably one of the charathers that I have most headcanons about, also I can't wait to see if there if the devs are going to let us reconnect here with Calypso, it would be a sweet scene I imagine.

As for Cassie, she's been a fav since Demo 5 came out, while sure I got annoyed at the boss but I liked the chapter and I liked her because I relate to her in a way.

That aside, it's funny to imagine how these three interact :p
