Debrify forked by RobbdeezeNutz

Wassup chat

I forked debrify and added some features ive been wanting for a while.

ADDED ALL PUBLICLY AVAILIBLE STREAMS

  1. Live sports

  2. Iptv portal scraping (more live tv, sports)

  3. Direct streaming (more links and non debrid users)

Maybe it'll get merged to the main tree. Let us know what yall think of my fork so far. Im curious what features or changes would yall do or add?

Todo more sports options and list viewing toggles (list & grid).

And I would like the iptv tab to be in the main menu.

A favorite listing option in player view of iptv streams.

Add name editing feature for addon.

Debrify is 🔥🔥🔥

I've just come across Debrify and I'm honestly blown away. The app is incredibly smooth and the thoughtfulness behind the integrations is beautiful.

How did I not know about this. Every time I hit play, it sources the best source and play under 7 seconds. It's brilliant.

I may sound like a broken record but honestly, thanks to the developers of Debrify, this is my default going forward. it's absolutely beautiful.

New Update : Full AllDebrid integration + a new on-device YouTube source

This release brings full AllDebrid support across the app, plus a new on-device YouTube source and a batch of TV and quality-of-life fixes on top of v0.5.1-beta.1.

What's new

  • AllDebrid support — full provider integration: browse your cloud library, stream, download, add magnets/links, a Web Downloads (saved links) view with Add Link, and playlists — wired across search, Quick Play, bound series sources, bulk add, post-download actions, Debrify TV, Stremio TV, Magic TV, Remote Control transfer, backup/restore, onboarding, and share/deep links
  • YouTube source — search YouTube fully on-device (no proxy or account needed), pick your max playback resolution, stream in-app with audio properly muxed, and download videos
  • IPTV playlist refresh — re-fetch m3u content from source with one tap

>Note: the Reddit and Lemmy sources are temporarily hidden from navigation while they're reworked

Fixes

  • Android TV OK button now works across all remotes (handled via a shared activate-key helper)
  • Torbox no longer shows active accounts as inactive
  • Video player — removed an unwanted far-right double-tap-to-next-episode gesture

Love the playback speed, but Debrify on Android TV needs a serious UI overhaul and basic filters

Hey everyone,

I recently switched over to Debrify from Stremio/Nuvio because I was getting tired of constant lagging and buffering issues. Performance-wise, Debrify completely fixed the problem. the streams load instantly and play flawlessly on my TCL C6K TV, which is amazing.

However, using the TV app with a remote control feels like a massive step backward compared to Stremio’s sleek interface. The current layout feels really messy and disorganized on a big screen.

A few major things that would make the Debrify TV app a killer experience if fixed:

  • Add to Library Feature: We desperately need a proper "Add to Library" or watchlist feature directly on the TV interface to track what we're watching. Trying to manage content right now with a D-pad is a headache. Stremio handles library management perfectly; replicating that ease of use on TV would be huge.
  • Messy TV UI & Alignment: The poster grids, text details, and overall alignments look all over the place on a television screen. A cleaner, more polished, and modern TV layout would go a long way.
  • Search Filters for TV (Size & Resolution): The search results are completely flooded right now. When I search for a movie on the TV app, I only want high-quality, high-resolution links. Instead, I get a massive wall of mixed results that I have to scroll through with a remote. We really need an easy way to filter out unwanted results, or at the very least, a filter to restrict links by file size.

Debrify has the backend performance and speed down perfectly, but the front-end TV app makes it tough to use as a daily driver. Hoping the devs can look into polishing the TV UX and adding these essential remote-friendly filters!

What do you guys think? Anyone else struggling to navigate the clutter on Android TV/Fire TV?
