Salary expectations for Site Finance Operations Associate at A.P. Moller Maersk in Denmark?

Hi everyone,
I have an upcoming screening call for a Site Finance Operations Associate role at A.P. Moller Maersk in Denmark and I’m trying to understand what would be a realistic salary expectation for this type of position.
My background is within finance, but I’m curious what people in similar finance operations roles at Maersk are earning especially in Denmark.
What salary range would you expect for this role?
Is there typically bonus/pension included?
Any advice on what to say if they ask for salary expectations during the screening call?
Would really appreciate any insights or experiences. Thanks!

New Maersk's work-from-home policy

Hi everyone, With the recent change to Maersk’s working-from-home policy, employees are now expected to work from the office 5 days per week.

I created this space so people can share their thoughts, experiences, and concerns in a respectful and professional way. This is clearly an important topic for many of us, and it would be valuable to hear different perspectives. You are welcome to share:

  • How you feel about the change
  • How it may affect your work-life balance, productivity, or motivation
  • Whether you see any benefits in being back in the office full time
  • What alternatives or compromises you think could work better

Please keep the discussion constructive and respectful. The goal is not to attack individuals, but to understand how people feel and create a space for open conversation.
