My 2016 2.4 started making noise from the passenger side of the engine bay I think a bearing is loose or something but I wanted y’all’s opinion on it first

Anyone have experience on their aftermarket radio i have a problem i can’t control my climate on the screen. Can anyone help me please. I was just thinking i have the wrong can set up

How do I remove this type of connector? I’ve used parts cleaner on it - I’ve tried to push it, pull it, flip it up, slide it up, slide it down, it just doesn’t move. This is from a 2017 2.4. I’m scared because it’s tiny and plastic that if I force it a little too hard it’s going to snap and I can’t find anything online about how to remove this type of connector (ai told me to slide it outwards, away from the alternator body) but it just won’t budge - I’m losing my mind :(
